General Property Facilities that apply to all properties
All the properties are privately owned and individually furnished and are rented on a self-catering basis only. All properties are non-smoking.
We provide all the bedding & towels. Towel change and a maid service is provided mid stay for durations of up to one week. For stays over one week, the same frequency applies to the towels & maid service, but we change the bedding after 7 days. This may be requested more frequently but an extra charge will be levied for this facility. Please do not use the towels to remove suntan lotion, fake tan, or makeup. This can ruin the towels, so they have to be discarded. More information on this may be found here.
No beach towels are provided but can be rented from us at 10 Euros each for the duration of your stay.
All the apartments have a washing machine and fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee & tea making facilities as well as a fridge-freezer. We also provide a starter pack of washing up liquid and a sponge / dish cloth and drying up cloths.
Free Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy (it is NOT guaranteed or provided for work purposes) as well as a TV network with around 100 channels (including Sky, BBC, ITV and children’s channels, etc..). Available channels may change.
Safety Deposit Boxes may be rented from 2.50€ a day (15€ a week), please enquire.
Sun loungers around the Old Village pools incur a small fee to rent, this is collected directly by the lounger operator when you occupy the unit.
We can provide cots, high chairs and folding beds for children for rental, please ask. We can also provide some items for babies such as baths, again please ask.
Cots & high chairs are charged an extra rate of 5€ per night. Folding beds for children are charged an extra rate of 10€ per night. Costs for these must be paid locally in cash. Both include linen & towels. Cots and folding beds may be added to the property to increase the number of guests but only by a maximum of two, depending on the property size and the health & safety legislation, please ask.

Studios
Up to 2 Guests 2 Single Beds or 1 Double Bed
All our studios sleep up to 2 guests. They are ground floor and generally do not have any outside seating area. We do have some Studio+ which include either a patio garden area or a private roof terrace.

These sleep 2 guests. They can either in in the Old Village itself or in Old Village Prestige or across the road in Solar Do Golfe. The properties in the Old Village may be either ground floor or first floor but all come with a patio.

Up to 4 Guests 2 Single Beds & 1 Double Bed or 4 Single Beds
Two bedroom properties will sleep 4 guests. They can be either ground floor with a patio garden area, first or second floor with a roof terrace or first floor duplex town houses.

These properties will sleep 6 guests. Some have 1 double bed and 4 singles, others have all single beds. These properties have two bathrooms, 1 is ensuite.

Up to 10 Guests Usually All Single Beds
Four & five bedroom properties will sleep 8 to 10 guests. All are town houses and the bedrooms generally have single beds only. They have at least 3 bathrooms, some of which are ensuite.
