All the properties are privately owned and individually furnished and are rented on a self-catering basis only. All properties are non-smoking.
We provide all the bedding & towels. Towel change and a maid service is provided mid stay for durations of up to one week. For stays over one week, the same frequency applies to the towels & maid service, but we change the bedding after 7 days. This may be requested more frequently but an extra charge will be levied for this facility. More information may be found on the Property Types page.
These sleep 2 guests. They can either be in the Old Village itself or in Old Village Prestige or across the road in Solar Do Golfe. They may be either ground, first or second floor but all come with a patio or dedicated outside area. Depending on location they can be around 25 to 35 square meters.

The properties in the Old Village may be either ground floor or first floor but all come with a patio. They are also compact, around 25 square meters. The properties in Old Village Prestige are either first or second floor, have a patio off the living room and some have a private roof terrace as well. These are much more spacious, around 50 square meters. The properties in Solar Do Golfe are ground floor and have a private patio garden area that has access to the shared gardens and the pools.
